What Doodle-Do provides
Doodle-Do is a free browser tool for drawing and exporting frame-by-frame pixel animations. It is provided without an account and is designed to keep project data on your device. Features may change or become unavailable, and compatibility with every browser, device, file, or game-engine workflow is not guaranteed.
Your work belongs to you
You retain the rights you have in artwork, animations, project files, and exports you create with or open in Doodle-Do. You are responsible for having the rights needed for material you open, edit, or export.
Local storage and backups
A browser autosave is a convenience, not a backup. Browser storage can be cleared or lost. Save a .doodledo project file to storage you control when you need a durable, editable copy.
Acceptable use
Use Doodle-Do only in compliance with applicable law. Do not disrupt its infrastructure, bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, unreasonably burden the service with automated requests, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Software license and brand
Rights to copy, modify, and distribute the source code are governed by the license in the source repository. That license does not grant permission to present a fork as an official Doodle-Do release or imply endorsement. Third-party software and fonts keep their respective licenses.
Optional contributions
A future external support link may accept optional contributions. Contributions will not buy access, unlock features or services, or create a support obligation. They are not charitable donations. Any external platform and payment provider will apply their own terms.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodle-Do is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, freedom from data loss, or suitability of an export for a particular purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodle-Do's maintainers and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, work, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunities related to the service. Where a monetary limit is legally permitted, total liability will not exceed US $25. Voluntary contributions do not increase that limit.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Doodle-Do changes. Revised terms will carry a new date and apply prospectively.
